    What is the Cancellation Policy?
    We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24-hour notice from your appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel with LESS THAN 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a 50% charge of the full-service amount. Appointments that are booked on the SAME DAY of the service are required to give 3 hours notice to avoid the cancellation fee.

    O. M. G. I completely missed my appointment. What's the penalty?
    In order to respect the time of our Stylists, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed appointment to the credit card on file.

    How early should I arrive? What happens if I'm running late?
    In order to stay on schedule, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. This will give plenty of time to use the restroom, get a drink, fill out necessary forms, etc. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your service may be adjusted, cut short, or may need to be rescheduled based on scheduling and availability.

    What if I'm not totally happy with my hair?
    It is our goal to ensure you leave completely satisfied with your experience and happy with your hair. In the instance that you are not, we appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Please notify us within 7 days from your serviced appointment.

    Can I return/exchange retail products that don't work out?
    Hair products and hot tools can be returned, exchanged, or offered store credit within 2 weeks of purchasing. Refund will match initial payment method. Some rules may apply. Makeup products, combs and brushes of any kind cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitation hazards.

    Can I bring my child to my Thairapy session?
    We LOVE kids... but they ARE a liability in the salon if they’re not the one who has an appointment. We get things come up. Well-behaved children are welcome to stay seated in our waiting area. However, the guardian of any loud or destructive child will be asked to remove the child from the Salon out of respect for your service provider and other guests.

    Can I bring my pet to my Thairapy session?
    Unfortunately pets of any kind are not allowed in the salon. Exceptions for properly documented service animals apply.

    Are there referral bonuses?
    There sure are! Referral's are our greatest joy. Each referral you send our way will earn you $15 off! Yes, you read that right. 2 people means $30 off. 4 people means $60 off! Wow! The person being referred also gets $15 off at check-out when mentioning the referral name.

    I want MERMAID EXTENSIONS! What do I need to do first?
    All extensions must first begin with a consultation. We will discuss color options with you, how much hair you will need, as well as pricing and all necessary maintenance. The hair is paid for upfront at the time of purchase. Because hair is customized specifically for you, hair is non-refundable and cannot be returned. Contact us for more information.
